State of Decay 3 presented with a story trailer at the Xbox Games Showcase

State of Decay 3 returned to be seen at the Xbox Games Showcase with a cinematic trailer, which still doesn’t show much of the game but reveals considerable potential.

As had been announced by some leaks, State of Decay 3 was presented with a trailer during the Xbox Games Showcase, but still without a release period for the survival game with cooperative elements from Undead Labs.

The video served above all to showcase the setting and the general atmosphere of this new chapter, which seems to be particularly dark , if possible even more so than the previous chapters, which were already not exactly cheerful.

It is quite clear that behind State of Decay 3 there is now a production of considerable depth, which particularly stands out even compared to the style of the previous ones, developed under an “indie” regime, especially as regards the first.

A production of notable depth

The trailer doesn’t seem to show much of the actual game, which could disappoint fans given that the title was announced years ago and has been in development for quite some time now.

In the video we see a group of survivors trying to fight against the overwhelming threat of zombies.

The scenes are constructed in a somewhat cinematic manner , but aim to recreate a bit the tone of the clashes and the typical situations in which it is possible to find oneself in State of Decay 3, with the sense of desperation typical of survivors forced to collaborate to survive against enemies increasingly numerous and aggressive.

There is not yet a release period, therefore, for State of Decay 3, of which we await further information at this point in the next period, but it seems to have become a production of notable dimensions for Xbox Game Pass and Undead Labs.
