Silent Hill 2: players furious about the censorship of nurses’ necklines in the remake but the author denies it

Some gamers are furious about the alleged censorship of nurses’ necklines in Silent Hill 2 remake, which however does not exist.

Some players have created a huge controversy over Bloober Team’s remake of Silent Hill 2 for Konami due to the appearance of the nurses. According to them they would have been censored. In particular, the necklines would have been reduced , evidently to accommodate a certain political vision.

In this world where even neckline measurers have a voice, the author of the character design of the characters, both of the original and of the remake, the great Masahiro Ito , intervened and explained that there was no censorship, bringing practical examples to defend his statement.

“The first image is one of my concept art for the Bubble Head Nurse from the Silent Hill 2 remake, the other two images show the model of the BHNurse in the original Silent Hill 2, which I designed and modeled. The neckline wasn’t that wide, ” Ito explained in a post on X.
