Mass Effect Evolution mod for Fallout 4 will soon be available for download
After six years of development, modder Tamlers is ready to release the Mass Effect Evolution mod for Fallout 4.
Mass Effect Evolution is a complete conversion mod. It adds weapons, armor, ships, objects and characters from Mass Effect to Bethesda’s RPG. Moreover, the mod contains its own storyline. Unlike the original Mass Effect, Mass Effect Evolution offers a different timeline, story, and gameplay.
Much of the story is a reworking of the Fallout 4 story, with new quests and features added. But in future versions the modder plans to add another storyline.
The mod replaces most of the models with models from the Mass Effect universe. In addition, the modder manually redrew most of the environment, object animations, armor, buildings, etc. Oh, and most of the weapons are also replaced with weapons from Mass Effect using custom models.
While Mass Effect Evolution isn’t 100% complete yet, it’s getting close. Some bugs still remain, but the mod can already be completed from start to finish. Today the mod appeared prematurely on Nexus, but the developer quickly hid it. Something critical probably needs to be improved.
