Cyberpunk 2077 approaches photorealism in the Italian mod dedicated to climate effects and ray tracing

Cyberpunk 2077 makes another leap in quality on PC with an Italian mod that brings the game closer to photorealism, enhancing the climate effects and ray tracing of the role-playing game.

The Italian creative behind the YouTube channel Beyond Dreams offers us a new video dedicated to his latest mod. This time around, it is Cyberpunk 2077 that has received preferential treatment, with a mo that brings the graphic quality to new levels.

The video, which you find just below, also shows us various weather conditions and shows us how in some cases it almost seems like we are seeing graphics bordering on definitive realism.

Beyond Dreams explains to us that the mod focuses on the Path Tracing of Cyberpunk 2077 in 8K and with the support of DLSS 3.7. Among the numerous improvements introduced by this version there are atmospheric and lighting effects enhanced to the max: for this reason the mod is called Perfect Weather .

The comparison also shows how the Preset created via Reshade by the Italian modder offers several steps forward compared to the native path tracing of Cyberpunk 2077.

The new features include more realistic vegetation (we especially notice the details of the grass), better shadows and indirect lighting with Complete RT, the only Shader for ray tracing with Restir GI technology. As is typical for the creative, there is a good dose of Color Grading, the addition of a dynamic depth of field and a camera mod that makes the experience more immersive.

Added to all this are a series of other mods to make Cyberpunk 2077 even more beautiful. Cyanidex’s Nova LUT, HalkHogan’s HD reworked project and PT 21 ultra plus better path tracing are used in addition to the machine package.
