After starting refunds for the Beach Properties DLC of Cities Skylines 2 , Colossal Order provides an important clarification on the launch timing of the double console version for PS5 and Xbox Series
From the pages of the official Paradox forum, the Finnish development house illustrates the work it has been carrying out in recent months and provides clarifications both on the launch window of the console edition of Cities Skylines 2 and on the next, important update of the PC version.
The Colossal Order team starts from this last point to report that the update is currently being refined but that, once launched, it will improve some of the most important mechanics of the city management system, such as the economic system, the dynamics ingame related to the management of resources and the consequences of the actions taken by the players.
The update in question will be launched approximately between 3 and 19 June on PC. As for the console versions, Colossal Order takes the opportunity offered by the latest development diary to reiterate that “we still hope to be able to keep the promise of the launch of Cities Skylines 2 on PlayStation and Xbox in October , even if a further delay “ : according to the European developers, the new, possible postponement of the marketing of the console editions would be due to the need to resolve the stability problems that emerged from the tests conducted on the Beta.
