The most desired game on IGN Playlist during Summer Game Fest and surrounding areas may surprise
IGN Playlist has revealed the most “desired” game among those that have emerged in the last period, at least according to the tracking service managed by the network in question.
In this period of presentations and summer fairs, between Summer Game Fest, State of Play, Xbox Games Showcase and many other events, it might surprise you that, among so many big names, the most “desired” game appears to be Astro Bot , which in the ranking drawn up by IGN Playlist beat great titles such as DOOM: The Dark Ages, Gears of War: E-Day and others.
However, there are some clarifications to be made : first of all, these are data recorded in the recent period of events, starting from the end of May to June 12th, therefore starting from the State of Play up to Ubisoft Forward.
Furthermore, these are not exactly purchase intentions given by actual reservations, because almost all the titles in the ranking reported by IGN do not yet have reservations available, except Astro Bot, which also has a closer release date than most of the other games.
The data derives from the quantity of selections recorded by IGN Playlist, which is a tracking service offered by the network in question through its website or a specific app and currently has around 43,000 subscribers, therefore not exactly a large sample, but which it can still be significant.
