Year 117: Pax Romana was revealed with a trailer at Ubisoft Forward: become a Roman governor!
Year 117: Pax Romana was presented at Ubisoft Forward with a first live-action trailer that gives us some initial information on the video game. We will become a Roman governor.
At Ubisoft Forward in June the French company revealed Anno 117: Pax Romana , scheduled for PC, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S which will be available in 2025 .
The trailer is actually a small live action presentation of a speaker preparing the various regions of the Roman Empire for the arrival of a new governor, aka us players. This doesn’t tell us much about the game, but luckily Ubisoft has given some additional details verbally.

The official description reads: “It is the year 117 AD, as the Roman governor of the Empire’s twin provinces, your choices matter to your citizens. Build, trade, expand. Seize opportunities and exploit advantages and unique challenges that the provinces of Albion and Latium present in 2025, governor.

Ubisoft then explains that we will be able to decide in which region of the initial Roman empire , between Albion – the far north of the empire – and Latium – the most historical area of the empire -.
Finally, it is explained that on June 18th there will be a live broadcast dedicated to Year 117: Pax Romana
