Giant Bomb journalist and insider Jeff Grubb said on the Kinda Funny Xcast podcast that the sixth part of Gears from The Coalition studio may be shown at the upcoming Xbox gaming presentation this summer.
The blogger heard from sources that The Coalition may show a teaser for Gears 6 , but at the same time emphasized that plans are constantly changing and in the end they may well show absolutely nothing.
Well, I’ll say it right now: I heard that something might happen this summer with Gears 6. As always, plans are subject to change, you can be mad at me, I’m already used to it.
Late last year, level designer The Coalition hinted at news for Gears in 2024, and before that, the same Grubb mentioned that the studio had canceled all games that were in development, except for Gears 6 .
Previously, the media wrote that full-fledged development of Gears 6 started in 2022.
