Windows Central’s Jez Corden launches new rumors about possible games from the Xbox Games Showcase, also mentioning Clockwork Revolution and State of Decay 3.Rumors continue to arrive about the contents of the Xbox Games Showcase 2024 , now that the Microsoft conference has been set more precisely, and the well-known journalist/insider Jez Corden of Windows Central has added to the matter by also talking about Clockwork Revolution, State of Decay 3 and Gears 6 .
As we have seen, the Xbox Games Showcase 2024 now has a date and time set for June 9th at 7:00 pm Italian time, and will be followed by another special event apparently focused on a single project that could be the new Call of Duty: Black Ops 5.
The Windows Central journalist simply reiterates what was reported previously, in a certain sense corroborating some information on the games present at the event given that he is a person who has demonstrated connections with the Microsoft environment, but also adding some possible titles.
To be honest, Corden does not claim that these will definitely be present at the event, but when answering the question of which games he would most like to see at the Xbox Games Showcase 2024 he mentioned State of Decay 3 and Clockwork Revolution, whose presence was not part of the rumors previous corridors on the games present at the Microsoft showcase.
To add my reply to this: State of Decay 3.
The Coalition has been working with Undead Labs sharing tools from Gears 5 and beyond. Hype to see what they pull off.
State has always been amazing conceptually. With tech and budget to match it could be truly groundbreaking. https://t.co/pj1wpMW7cn

Also Clockwork Revolution, looks incredible from what they’ve shown. Gears 6 too, has been a long wait.
Would also love some “one more thing” type surprises.
Heard MS is very confident in their line-up for showcase and beyond too. 🔥

According to Corden, State of Decay 3 can finally count on a notable technological base, thanks also to the support of The Coalition which has provided a big hand in the use of Unreal Engine, sharing various solutions with Undead Labs.
“State has always been great conceptually,” Corden reported, “With the technology and budget on their side, it could be truly incredible,” he added. Furthermore, he mentioned Clockwork Revolution, inXile’s new steampunk-style game, as “incredible”, as well as reiterating that there will be Gears 6, as previously mentioned.
He also reported that Microsoft, based on what he’s heard, is ” very confident in the lineup we’ve put together for the showcase and beyond,” building on the tradition of Xbox’s annual conferences.
