What PS5 exclusives will be released in the coming years – list of confirmed games
Future PS5 exclusives include AAA games from internal developers, as well as future multiplayer titles from Sony, which the publisher seems to be putting a special emphasis on. In recent years, Sony’s platform has received several major hit titles, putting increasing pressure on Xbox. But it seems the pace has begun to slow. Silent Hill 2 Remake
The remake of Silent Hill 2 is being developed by Bloober Team, known for the Layers of Fear series. We’ve seen a few trailers, but the game looks promising. Considering the original is a horror icon, fans have very high expectations. Gameplay will probably be shown in June.
Silent Hill 2 will be released on PS5 and PC – the release is expected this year.
Marvel’s Wolverine
Marvel’s Wolverine is being developed by Insomniac, the studio behind the Spider-Man games for PS4 and PS5. Expectations are very high, and so far we’ve only seen a brief cinematic trailer showing Logan in a bar after a bloody brawl. True, a lot of content from an early version leaked onto the network .
Wolverine is slated to release only on PS5, but a PC port should also be released in the future.
Death Stranding 2
Death Stranding 2 was a surprise, although many fans had been asking for a sequel to the 2019 game for a long time. At this point, we have already seen Kojima’s 9-minute epic video and analyzed various scenes .
When the game releases in 2025, it will only be available on PS5. There will be a port for PC, but later.
Marathon
Marathon is being developed by Bungie, the creators of Destiny and Halo. It will be a sci-fi action shooter with action elements, and what we have seen looks interesting. Players will fight each other as cybernetic mercenaries while exploring a lost colony on the planet Tau Reti IV.
The game will be released on PS5 and PC with full support for cross-play and cross-save.
Fairgame$
Fairgame$ is a multiplayer heist game where you join an underground movement to rob the super-rich. Gameplay has not yet been shown and the release date is unknown.

Phantom Blade Zero
Phantom Blade Zero was announced at the PlayStation Showcase in 2023. The game combines fast action with cinematic gameplay. Expect epic boss battles and parries as you seek revenge for those who mortally wounded you.
The game is being developed for PS5 and PC, but the exact release date is unknown. The demo will be released in 2024.
Concord
Concord was announced in 2023 with a trailer that didn’t reveal much. It will be a multiplayer PvP first-person shooter, with plans to release on PC and PS5 in 2024. They promise “a unique universe with vibrant worlds and a rich cast of colorful characters.”
Sword of the Sea
Sword of the Sea takes place in an abandoned kingdom where the terrain resembles waves. You will be using a vehicle called a Hoverboard, which handles like a snowboard, skateboard and hoverboard at the same time. Gain speed and jump as you explore ruins and uncover an ancient secret. The style of the Journey developers is instantly recognizable.
The game has been announced for PS5 and PC.
