World of Warcraft: Dragonflight brings the final chapter with patch 10.2.7

Blizzard is about to release patch 10.2.7 of World of Warcraft: Dragonflight which will introduce the final chapter of the expansion, called Dark Heart , which will bring the story of Dragonflight to a close and will be the starting point of the next narrative arc arriving this month year, The War Within. It will also be the first chapter of the larger multi-expansion story arc called the World Soul Saga.

Dark Heart isn’t available yet, but it’s about to arrive in the Public Test Realms , much to the delight of subscribers.

In addition to what has already been explained, it will also introduce a new event, in the wake of what was done with Plunderstorm in update 10.2.6: World of Warcraft Remix: Mists of Pandaria . It will be a PvA event that brings back a much-loved expansion, with some great additions added. This is an initiative to celebrate WoW’s 20th anniversary.

The event includes:

All zones, creatures, quests and rewards have been redesigned to provide an accelerated progression experience from level 1 to level 70.

Dungeons will be available in Normal difficulty starting at Jade Serpent Temple at level 10, with other dungeons unlocking over the course of progression, and Heroic difficulty available at level 60.
Raids will be available in Raid Finder and Normal modes in the level range 35-70, and from 70 onwards Heroic mode will be unlocked.

Powerful equipment will be available at all levels from numerous sources (missions, chests, creatures and bosses) allowing you to quickly reach item level 486. And being much higher than expected for MoP content, players will be able to feel powerful and invincible!

Like Plunderstorm, the WoW Remix event will be available outside of the main game to all active players with a subscription or free playtime.
The WoW Remix event will be accessible from the Dragonflight client, but will not require the mandatory purchase of the latest expansion.
Free trial accounts can participate in the WoW Remix event up to level 20, after which they will need to purchase a subscription or game time to continue.
