Although there is still no official release date at the moment , the choice to focus exclusively on current generation platforms probably implies substantial steps forward on a technological level compared to the launch of Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus on PC, PS4, Nintendo Switch and Xbox One .
Mechanicus 2 will include two playable factions, Mechanicus and Necron , each with its own campaign and its own peculiar approach to gameplay, which will also be managed based on the new environmental mechanics that allow you to exploit the scenario during battles.

In Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus 2 we will have to fight for control of an entire world , capturing new territories and defending them from enemy attacks in order to produce resources useful for strengthening our units.
