Team Brazil has released a new version of the unofficial PC port of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. This version seems to be almost as good as the official PS5 version.

The latest version of the unofficial PC port is V1.5.2. A new comparison video shows that the unofficial PC port looks almost as good as the official PS5 version. Since the PC version can run in native 4K resolution, it looks sharper. In addition, the game can run at 120 frames per second on powerful PCs.

However, the PC version still lacks some shader and lighting effects. In addition, the Brazil team has not yet implemented ray tracing effects properly. The focus is now on the DX11 version.

Despite this, for an unofficial port, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 looks incredibly good on PC. The game no longer suffers from serious lag and offers several graphics settings to optimize performance.

As a reminder, it all started with a leaked PC version of a working build that lacked shaders and textures. With that in mind, the latest PC version of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 looks phenomenal. It’s also worth noting that the game can be played from start to finish.

Sony hasn’t made any official announcements about Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 coming to PC. The latest information suggests that the release could be in fiscal year 2025.
