TAKE-TWO REGISTERS A NEW TRADEMARK IN EUROPE AND THE USA: WHAT IS IT?

The month of June didn’t start in the best way for Take-Two, thanks to the closure of the Private Division label a few weeks ago. Despite the cancellation of numerous games and the dismissal of a large percentage of staff, however, news has arrived from the web about a new Trademark registered by Take-Two in recent days.

According to what was promptly shared by the insider Kurakasis – and reported on the official websites of the appropriate bodies for the intellectual property of companies -, Take-Two filed a new trademark on June 14th . This occurred in Europe and the United States, as confirmed by the platforms of the European Union Intellectual Property Office and the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The status of the application in Europe is currently under examination, but what exactly is this new trademark?

Ball Over Everything is the name of the IP registered by Take-Two on June 14th and, as also specified in the “goods and services” section, it falls into the ” video game programs and software ” category. There is so much information that still needs to be known, which for now does not allow us to 100% understand the nature of the IP on which the Take-Two studios are working behind the scenes. We can only invite you to wait for further news on the matter from the publisher, we suggest you stay tuned with us at Everyeye to find out more in the near future. Before saying goodbye, however, we refer you to the last words of the Take-Two CEO on generative AI .
