Stellar Blade: Extended photo mode and new costumes coming, says Shift Up
Stellar Blade will soon have an expanded photography mode that will allow you to take photos and process them, as well as new costumes and more.
Stellar Blade has a new free update arriving today, May 24, but the developers of Shift Up are already thinking about the near future, promising an extended photo mode and new costumes coming to the game on PS5.
In an interview published by the Japanese magazine Famitsu, the omnipresent director of the team, Hyung-Tae Kim , reported that the new photographic mode is already almost ready, but could not be included in this update, which still makes it a candidate for go out with the next one.
“Unfortunately, we were not able to include the new photo mode in this update, but we will include it as soon as possible,” explained Hyung-Tae Kim, “We want it to be of high quality, and we are in the process of refining it as much as possible , so please wait a little longer.”

Lots of new features still coming for Stellar Blade
It seems that this is not limited to the ability to take photos but should also allow for some image processing , in line with the current standards of these modes used in modern days, although perhaps not with an advanced level of processing as seen in Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2.
In any case, the director has reported that he wants to “consider all possible functions”, so it will still be an extended mode, which will allow you to somewhat customize the screenshots taken during the game, perhaps with the addition of filters and the possibility of image processing .
For the rest, he also confirmed that other costumes will be made available in the future, further expanding the customization possibilities for Eve and the other characters in the game.
We remind you that a big free update is planned for today which introduces the Boss Challenge mode , which allows you to fight against the game’s bosses in sequence, as well as other new features.
