Render of the final version of Nothing Phone (2a) – the smartphone will lose its Glyph backlight

The SmartPrix portal together with insider OnLeaks published the first render of the final sample of the Nothing Phone (2a) smartphone. It is expected to be a mid-budget model with a number of compromises.

One of these will be the proprietary Glyph interface. Judging by the image, the Nothing Phone (2a) smartphone will not have LED strips. But there will be a transparent back cover.

Supposed characteristics of Nothing Phone (2a):

  • 6.7-inch AMOLED screen from BOE and Visionox with 2412×1084 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate
  • Processor Dimensity 7200
  • 8/128 GB or 12/256 GB memory
  • Cameras: main sensor Samsung ISOCELL S5KGN9 50 MP, ultra-wide-angle sensor Samsung ISOCELL S5KJN1 50 MP and front Sony IMX615 32 MP
  • The ultra-wide-angle sensor is similar to that used in the older Nothing Phone (2), the front sensor is similar to the one used in OnePlus 10

It is expected that Nothing Phone (2a) will be available in two configurations: 8/128 GB and 12/256 GB. There will also be two colors: black and white. The price is rumored to be below 400 euros.
