A new comparison video between Metal Gear Solid Delta and Metal Gear Solid 3 has been released, showcasing the massive improvements players can expect from the remake.

Konami unveiled a new trailer for the upcoming Metal Gear Solid Delta during its Xbox presentation earlier this month. This trailer showed off some impressive graphics, and according to Digital Foundry’s analysis, it was shown in native 4K resolution. Digital Foundry’s analysis also included some comparison footage, highlighting how the remake will retain the original composition of scenes from Metal Gear Solid 3.

YouTube channel ElAnalistaDebits has released their own comparison video comparing the visuals of the original 2004 game to the visuals of Delta, as seen in the Xbox reveal trailer. The comparison video shows massive improvements to character models, animation, environments, shooting, and the new camera system.

Metal Gear Solid Delta was originally scheduled for release this year, but recent rumors suggest that the release may be pushed back to 2025. The game will be released on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series.
