A couple of months ago, the Bleakmill team announced INDUSTRIA 2 , a sequel to the 2021 first-person shooter set during the Cold War. And before that, the team showed the realistic environment of the game using Unreal Engine 5.
Following the announcement, the team continued to share updates on their Twitter, where they regularly show behind-the-scenes footage of INDUSTRIA 2’s features, combat animations, and gameplay mechanics.
The developers recently treated fans to an early version of the game’s inventory, which turns out to be a 3D variation of the classic diegetic inventory, reminiscent of games like Resident Evil, Alone in the Dark, or the newer Sons of the Forest.

The system, styled like an unfolded canvas backpack, feels intuitive and immersive, with various slots for active and spare weapons, grenades and crafting materials. The team emphasized that the system is at an early stage of development and will be further developed and improved in the future.
