The steps to follow to receive all the rewards vary based on the platform used and the type of account you are using. The first useful system for redeeming the code, which requires a couple more steps, is perfectly valid on all platforms on which the game is available (PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Android, GeForce Now, iPhone and Android). This method consists of first accessing the settings menu and then selecting the ‘Account’ item , then clicking on the ‘Redeem Now’ button . By following the instructions to the letter, a menu will appear on the screen in which you can enter the code using a physical or virtual keyboard and then confirm by pressing the appropriate button.
The second useful method for redeeming any Genshin Impact code is much faster than the first, it cannot be used by some PlayStation 4 / PlayStation 5 players . Unless Genshin Impact total cross-save has been activated on your account , this system should not work and is therefore valid only and exclusively on PC, iPhone, iPad, Android and GeForce Now . Following this procedure takes only a few seconds: just log in to the official website of the free to play branded Hoyoverse, select the ‘Redeem code’ button at the top left and go to the page dedicated to this particular function. We remind you as always to select Europe as the server before entering the code in the ‘Gift code’ area and then confirm everything.
Like all codes distributed when an update is announced, the ones you find just above have a limited duration. This means that you have a few hours to redeem them and get the rewards: for this reason, we suggest you do it as soon as possible. We also remind you that only players who have already reached Adventurer Rank 10 in free to play can redeem the codes. Once the codes have been used, the rewards will be sent to the account via in-game mail messages.
