Square Enix celebrated the start of early access for Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail with a live-action trailer starring actor and comedian Rhys Darby, who introduces us to the beauties of Tural.
Early access has begun for those who pre-ordered Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail , the eagerly awaited new expansion of Square Enix’s MMORPG which opens a new narrative cycle after the conclusion of Endwalker. To celebrate, Square Enix has released a cute live action trailer starring actor and comedian Rhys Darby , which you can find below.
In the video, Darby, known for playing the title character’s boss in “Yes Man” and Charles in the first season of the TV series “A Series of Unfortunate Events,” takes on the role of “interim deputy director of tourism for Tural” to introduce the wonders of the exotic new continent that will serve as the backdrop to the Warriors of Light’s adventures in the expansion.
For all other players, the launch of Final Fantasy 14: Dawntrail is still very close, on Tuesday, July 2 to be precise . In the meantime, Square Enix asks players who are already exploring the expansion’s new content to avoid possible spoilers on social media for those who will begin their journey at a later date.
