This video gives an idea of what the next generation of TES might look like, although you still shouldn’t count on such a size – judging by Starfield, Bethesda is in no hurry to make large cities.
The artist rendered this scene in Unreal Engine 5.3.2 on an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090. Torres used a mixture of third-party models and his own assets modeled in Blender to create the environment. Nanite was also used for all models and vegetation. In addition, the artist used Lumen for global illumination and reflections.
I’d like to see something similar in The Elder Scrolls VI, but Bethesda will once again use an updated Creation Engine, so it’s worth moderating your requests.
Development of TES 6 began several years ago, but Bethesda began actively working on it after the release of Starfield, so we should expect it around 2026
