ELDEN RING SHADOW OF THE ERDTREE: WHAT TIME CAN YOU START PLAYING IN ITALY?

We’re here now, Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree expansion is preparing to arrive on the shelves of all stores and Bandai Namco has returned to update the official social channels to reveal the exact time in which gamers from all over the world will be able to immerse yourself in this new adventure.

When will the DLC unlock?

As is increasingly the case, Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree will not be available on all platforms at the same time, and some players will be able to start it earlier than others. Those who purchase the console version (PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One or Xbox Series On PC , however, you will have to wait a few more hours, given that the Steam version will be unlocked at 12:00 in the Italian time zone. In short, if you plan to play on PC you will have to wait 12 hours more.

Will there be a preload?

As for the preload, we don’t have good news for everyone. Players in possession of the digital version of Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree for PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 will be able to download all the files in the 48 hours preceding the official release . However, it seems that this feature is dedicated exclusively to users in possession of Sony consoles: as confirmed by Bandai Namco, in fact, there will be no advance download for PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S users . Basically, if you have pre-ordered the game on one of these platforms you will have to wait for the launch to start downloading all the files necessary to start the expansion.
