It is exactly what the name suggests, that is, a mod that replaces the colossal final enemy of Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree with a new character formed by the poisonous Patches the Hyena who holds on his shoulders the game director of the soulslike, the beloved Hidetaka Miyazaki .
The fight opens with a giant Patches brandishing two huge swords just like Radahn.
