Elden Ring is having success in various fields, not just video games: for example, a new manga is on the way, but it is very different from the previous ones.
Elden Ring is a videogame success, but not only that. The world of manga has also welcomed the video game and now a new product is on the way. This is the manga Elden Ring: Going Forward, There Will Be Our Bond , different from the previous ones.
Elden Ring: Going Forward, There Will Be Our Bond will follow two streamers playing the video game . The manga series will be printed by Kadokawa and will begin on May 30 next month in Japan.
Kadokawa describes the new series like this : “A teenager spends his days playing video games, particularly PvP, where he thrives and shares his sessions via live streaming. But one day, suddenly, a classmate of his shares his difficulty playing Elden Ring and the boy impulsively steps in to help. He soon enjoys their joint gaming sessions, but gradually changes the content of his live streams, causing tension with his viewers. This is the youthful story of a gamer high school student trying to balance her online presence with real-world friendships.”
It will therefore not be a series that takes up the stories of the video game, but a story that uses the video game to delve deeper into gamers and how Elden Ring can create bonds, also touching on the issue of streaming and the relationship with its followers.
