Will Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 be on Xbox Game Pass at launch? A notification from the official app seems to confirm this
Will Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 be on PC and Xbox Game Pass at launch? A notification from the service’s app would seem to confirm this, but we are awaiting official information.
While waiting for a presentation with great fanfare for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 , apparently the PC and Xbox Game Pass app would have confirmed the presence of the game within the catalog of Microsoft’s service on day one.
The inclusion of Activision’s new highly anticipated shooter in the service was confirmed by Sarah Bond during an interview published a few weeks ago. To be precise, the president of Xbox had explained that the games in the Call of Duty series will also arrive on Game Pass , but without specifying whether they will do so at launch, like all the other titles created by Microsoft’s proprietary studios.
An official confirmation already today?
A possible confirmation has now arrived via an alleged notification from the Xbox app which is circulating online at the moment and shared by HarancioGaming in the post below. We cannot be 100% certain of the authenticity of the image (after all, it would take very little to create a fake with a simple editor), but the information was also corroborated by Jez Corden , journalist for Windows Central, who added that the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 debut on PC and Xbox Game Pass on day one will be officially announced this week.
At this point we just have to wait for official communications from Activision and Microsoft to have a definitive confirmation. In reality there is a good chance that the announcement will arrive today. In fact, the live action trailer “The Truth Lies” for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 will be published in the afternoon , which could also be accompanied by details on the release date, the reference platforms ( will it also arrive on the old PS4 and Xbox One? ) and more. In short, stay tuned to our pages for all the latest news.
