ASSASSIN’S CREED SHADOWS, EMOTIONS IN MUSIC: THE COMPOSERS OF THE SOUNDTRACK REVEALED
After having highlighted the next gen nature of Assassin’s Creed Shadows , Ubisoft promises to offer all emulators of Yasuke and Naoe an even more immersive experience thanks to an original soundtrack that will evoke the atmosphere of Ancient Japan.
The infinite ludic, narrative and content nuances of the next ‘assassin’ blockbuster developed by Ubisoft Quebec have led the French company to entrust the original soundtrack of Assassin’s Creed Shadows to three different teams of composers.
The first of the three groups of artists involved in the creation of the Shadows soundtrack is an old acquaintance of Assassin’s Creed fans, namely the musical duo The Flight composed of Joe Henson and Alexis Smith who signed the AC Odyssey soundtrack.
TEKE::TEKE , a Japanese psych-rock band from Montreal, will also offer its support in creating several original songs for the AC Shadows universe. The band uses traditional Japanese instruments, flute and trombone to evoke psychedelic atmospheres inspired by the Japanese music scene of the 60s and 70s.
The experimentation of TEKE::TEKE and the creative contribution of The Flight will then be added to the experience of Thunderdrum , the team of composers made up of Hugo Brijs, Alex Cameron Ward and Félix Rebaud-Sauer who blends a vast range of sounds, music , influences and voices. From June 14th it will be possible to preview 4 tracks of the Assassin’s Creed Shadows soundtrack on the major music streaming platforms.
