A new set of screenshots have been posted on the RTX Remix Discord server showcasing the latest version of the RTX Remix mod for GTA: San Andreas.
The good news is that while the mod is still in development, GTA: San Andreas looks amazing with full Path Tracing. The bad news is that the game has lost its color correction and all of its original charm.
Fans of San Andreas are unlikely to be happy with the new lighting. From a technical point of view it looks very good, but often the style is more important than just having believable dynamic shadows. If modders can add an original look on top, then that’s another matter.
The mod is not yet available for download.
