THE FIRST DESCENDANT: FROM THE NEW BOSS TO VALBY ULTRA ALL THE NEWS OF THE UPCOMING UPDATE
Just days after announcing the release date of The First Descendant’s first major update , Nexon has finally revealed what the update will contain.
At the heart of the update are of course the two new Descendants, Luna and Valby Ultra . One is the more aesthetically appealing and slightly more powerful version of the Descendant available from day one, while the other is a support character who can enhance the abilities of allies by completing a sort of musical mini-game.
In the endgame mode dedicated to bosses, Gluttony will arrive instead , a new creature that we assume will be added to those of the hard mode and that will somehow allow you to obtain the materials to create the new characters through the Amorphous. According to what the developers said, it should be a monster very similar to the Devourer, but tied to a different element.
Moving on to the new features that will interest players eager for new weapons and modules, we find the Peace Meditator portable cannon and the Arche Concretion module : by activating this enhancement, the character’s defenses are enhanced at the expense of movement speed and attack power. It should be a perfect module for Luna and Ajax, but we will be able to know more in the coming days.
In the changelog , the developers also promise improvements to Valby, Freina, and Blair’s area-of-effect abilities . Weapon changes will instead affect Nezeistra’s Devotion, the Secret Garden, the Enduring Legacy, and Greg’s Destiny.
